Tales of the Otori
Well, whatdya know. Not a couple of weeks after first laying hands on Tales of the Otori, I find the complete set at Times yesterday. After some internal debate on which of them I should buy, I end up buying the entire trilogy. No sense in driving myself nuts with an incomplete set, knowing that I’m dying to find out what happens next.
I figured I’m entitled to splurge. After all, yesterday marks the beginning of my third year at Borneo Post. I’m entitled to celebrate. Or commiserate. Or both.
The trilogy officially became a quartet last year. The last book is called The Harsh Cry of the Heron: the Last tale of the Otori. I’m not sure when it will be out in your part of the world but keep an eye out.
