Christopher Golden – Soulless
Eoin Colfer – Artemis Fowl and the Time Paradox
Garth Nix – The Seventh Tower: The Fall
Yoko Ogawa – The Housekeeper + The Professor

Did very little on the reading front but am slowly buying books and reading again.

“Soulless” is about a zombie uprising in New York. I was intrigued by the synopsis, and bought it. Started reading when I planned on going to bed early. Mistake. Couldn’t put it down until I finished. My bedtime was interrupted by the zombie uprising.

“Artemis Fowl and the Time Paradox” is the long awaited sixth book in the series. They finally brought in the edition that I wanted, but I don’t really want to read it right now.

I loved Garth Nix’s Abhorsen Trilogy and decided to give The Seventh Tower a try. “The Fall” is the first book. I’m done and it’s all right but I’m not dying to go out and get the other two books.

I just found “The Housekeeper + The Professor” at MPH. The first couple of pages caught my interest and I just had to find out what happens next. I finished the book the same day I bought it. A surprisingly easy read, and a tender story that shows how some people have no choice but to live for the moment. I’ll post a proper review one of these days.
